Stubborn Fish

US$55.00
Sold Out

Like a fish out of water...

I keep learning that watercolour is unpredictable, stubborn stuff. Good thing it looks so pretty cause, honestly, I'm not sure if I'd have the patience otherwise. This one fought me tooth and scale and wouldn't let me do what I wanted, but only what it was willing to offer. A very opinionated bunch of pigments, this piece.

But I like the final result. And it will keep improving. I will keep making these analog pieces, and they will keep getting better and prettier. And more expensive. 😉

So make an investment! Put it in the cart!

Now, if you like this piece, here are some details:

  1. Free shipping (tracked and insured) included. We don’t want this pretty and stubborn fish to get lost in the mail, do we?

  2. Hand-drawn in pencil, ink and watercolour on watercolour paper.

  3. 5.5x5.5 inches.

  4. Signed on the back. They’re just too small to use precious space and deface them with my chicken scratch.

  5. ONE OF A KIND! No prints, copies, or reproductions will be made of this one. Ever.

So, go for it. This is your chance to own an original by me before I turn famous and snobby and start charging an arm and a leg for a used napkin. Add it to the cart already! ;)
